Savannah Schulz Gutierrez is a third generation resident of Washington County and has grown up working in her family's construction business. She graduated from Brenham High School, earned an AA degree from Blinn College and a BA degree in Business from Sam Houston State University in 2008. She has been in the real estate business since 2005 and has enjoyed helping many people make their dreams come true by becoming homeowners. Tammy grew up in Spring, Texas and has been married to her husband, Mike for 33 years. Tammy has always had a passion for animals, whether pets or wildlife. As a youth, she was always bringing animals home that needed help or a home. Once married, she wanted to provide a home for children. Mike and her become foster parents and were able to provide a home for 27 foster children. Over 26 years ago and after adopting 4 of their foster children, Tammy and Mike decided to move from the Houston area to Washington County to provide a better life for their family. They are members of St. Peter's Episcopal Church where Tammy has served on the Vestry. She helped start CASA for Kids of South Central Texas and served on the Board of Directors several times. She is currently serving on the Washington County Horse Committee. Tammy enjoys her horses and pets, fishing, swimming, boating, ATV's and spending time with family and friends. Originally from Southeast Texas, Julia's journey to bluebonnet country is a little different than most. After High School graduation, Julia bundled up and headed North for college in Kansas, to compete on a National Champion Collegiate Livestock Judging Team. After completing her time there, she transferred to Texas A&M University, where she met a 6'8 boy from Brenham, who used to try to cheat off her homework! After graduation, Julia and Matt were married and moved back to his hometown. Julia's passion for real estate grew deeper as she was amazed by the rolling hills and bluebonnets of Washington County...remember, she is from the flat lands of SETX, so a hill was basically a mountain to her! The community of Washington County was so welcoming and she strives to welcome others into this area, with the same hospitality she was shown.
