I have actively practiced Real Estate for 29 Years throughout Houston and it's surrounding areas. Experience includes working closely with Engineers, Surveyors, Title Companies, Appraisers, Appraisal Districts, Builders and General Contractors. I am from Dallas where I was raised on a suburban ranch and have made the NW Houston area my home for over 30 years. I currently reside in the Hockley area and my lifestyle includes horses and spending time with my family.

Rick has lived in Northwest Harris County for over 40 years so, he has seen and continues to see tremendous growth here. He owns and manages many investment properties in this area as well so, he is very familiar with the home values, taxes, schools, etc. Rick has over 30 years experience in sales and marketing. So, negotiating and fighting for every dollar for his client is where he specializes. I'm a native of Detroit, MI, and live in Hockley, TX. I have three children; one girl 16, two boys that are 8 and 18. I served in the US Air Force for 13 years as a Security Forces member/CATM Small Arms Instructor and 4 years as a Veteran Service Representative (VSR) for the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). I have a bachelor's in Criminal Justice and master's in Business Administration. The military is where I learned to be detailed oriented and do everything with excellence. The VA taught me to pay attention to detail and read the fine print.

I love to travel around the world. My family and I have moved from Germany, England, and Korea to name a few places in a relatively short period of time all the while increasing the size of my family! We have also traveled to places like Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, and Morocco. I take the method approach to really empathize with my clients, since I am no stranger to moving. I also enjoy going to the movies and family game nights.

I was born and raised in north Houston and have watched the city grow and change in so many ways. My career started out in the Customer Service industry, where I realized my true passion for helping others. Throughout the course of 17 years, I eventually transitioned into Customer Service Management, Team Management and Sales Management roles, where I developed excellent abilities in project management, and my problem-solving and negotiation skills excelled.
