He earned his salesman's license at 19 and become a broker at 21 while earning a degree in real estate at San Jacinto College. One of Jeff's most formative experiences came from selling over 1,000 homes in 35 states as a real estate manager for a corporate relocation company. He later taught real estate investment and contracts as an adjunct professor at SJC.
